1. SUPPLY OF RAW MATERIAL.

The raw material used by the company in its business is a greasy wool with a fiber thickness of 20-34 microns in white, grey and dark brown natural color. For the needs of its production, KOLHIDA - SLIVEN JSC buys year-round, greasy wool originating from Bulgaria, European Community, Russia and others. The Company maintains a proper relationship with its suppliers by professionally assisting its partners in order to standardize the criteria regarding the quality and methods of preparation of the supplied raw material. The company organizes annual seminars to train its suppliers of techniques and methods for evaluation and preparation of greasy wool.

2. SORTING GREASY WOOL.

KOLHIDA - SLIVEN JSC has its own base for organoleptic sorting of purchased wool. Wool is sorted by thickness, length, strength and color of the fiber. To meet the individual requirements of the client, specific sorting of greasy wool is also applied. Wool sorting is done manually by professionally specialized and prepared for this purpose personnel. The management of the company has put in place a strict quality control system for sorting. Staff training is continuously conducted in order to maintain and enhance the personnel qualification.

3. INDUSTRIAL WOOL WASHING.

The process of washing wool is carried out with the help of high-performance washing systems that provide cleanliness and high quality.

4. MANUFACTURE OF COMBED WORSTED WOOL.

Bumps - 12 kg. Made in bales of 300 kg.

5. MANUFACTURE OF CARDED WOOL TOPS.

Made in bales of 300 kg.
